1. About these terms

These terms of sale apply when you purchase a training, consulting or practical development package from Australian Quantum Group Pty Ltd, ACN 700 373 682 and ABN 27 700 373 682, of 106/797 Plenty Road, South Morang VIC 3752 (we, us, our).

They are separate from our website terms of use, which govern browsing this website. Where you purchase a package, these terms of sale apply to that purchase.

2. What we supply

We supply training, consulting, learning resources, templates and practical project support in search engine optimisation (SEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO) and AI search visibility.

What is included in your purchase is the inclusions list published for your chosen package on our training and multi-website programs pages at the time you enrol. Where a package states a maximum quantity — for example a number of websites, content briefs, backlink opportunities or consulting sessions — that maximum is the limit of what is included.

3. Enrolment and when a contract is formed

Submitting an enrolment form on this website is a request to enrol. It is not a payment and it does not by itself create a contract.

We will confirm by email whether the package is available and appropriate for your level, and issue an invoice. A contract is formed when we accept your enrolment and you pay the invoice. We may decline an enrolment.

4. Prices and GST

All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

The price that applies to your purchase is the price on your invoice. We may change published prices at any time, but a change does not affect an invoice already issued to you. A tax invoice is issued for every purchase.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full before your materials are released and before your first consultation session is scheduled, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Invoices are payable by electronic bank transfer or by any other payment method stated on your invoice. We do not collect or store payment card details through this website.

6. Electronic delivery — no physical goods

Everything we sell is delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods of any kind, and no physical delivery is available.

Learning materials, guides, checklists, worksheets, templates and reports are sent to the email address you provide at enrolment, or made available to you through an online link. Consultation and review sessions are conducted remotely and scheduled by agreement with you.

Our packages are delivered as ongoing work rather than as a single dispatch. Materials, reviews, feedback and consultation sessions are provided progressively as you move through your program, at a pace agreed with you. If something you are expecting has not reached you, contact us at info@australianquantumgroup.com.au and we will resend it.

Because delivery is electronic, there is nothing to return and no return postage applies if you claim a refund.

7. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every package carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of the date your payment is received and we will refund the full amount you paid, including GST.

8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to these rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. No guaranteed outcomes

The purpose of our packages is to provide training, consulting, resources and practical experience. Search engines, AI platforms and third-party websites are outside our control.

We do not guarantee any of the following:

• Google rankings or first-page rankings
• Website traffic
• Inclusion or recommendation in AI search results
• Backlink acceptance or indexing
• Customers or clients for you
• Employment or freelance work
• Income or revenue
• Business success

Third-party websites ultimately control whether links are accepted, published, maintained or indexed. Your individual outcomes depend on your own effort, implementation, experience and market conditions.

10. You operate independently

Purchasing a package does not make you an employee, representative, franchisee, partner, agent or legal representative of Australian Quantum Group Pty Ltd. No employment, franchise, partnership or agency relationship is created.

You decide which clients you accept, what services you offer, what you charge, your working hours and how you operate your own business. You are responsible for your own registrations, insurances, tax obligations and compliance.

11. Not nationally recognised training

Our packages are private training and consulting services. Australian Quantum Group Pty Ltd is not a Registered Training Organisation. Our packages are not accredited courses and do not lead to a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

12. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to work on any website you use during your program. You may use your own website, a website you have written permission to review, a practice website, or a client website you are authorised to review.

You are responsible for any changes you make to a website, and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use, including search engines, directories and AI services.

13. Materials and intellectual property

Our learning materials, templates, frameworks and worksheets remain our intellectual property. On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and in your own client work.

You must not resell, publish, share, sublicense or distribute our materials, or use them to create a competing training product.

14. Sessions and rescheduling

Consultation and review sessions are scheduled by agreement. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable notice and we will offer an alternative time. If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, we may count that session as delivered.

Where a package includes a set number of sessions, they are arranged progressively as you work through your program. Contact us to agree timing that suits you.

15. Cancellation

You may cancel within the 14-day money-back guarantee period for a full refund, as set out in our refund policy.

We may cancel or suspend a program if an invoice is unpaid, if you breach these terms, or if continuing would require us to act unlawfully. If we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the portion of your package that has not been delivered.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is wrong, tell us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Send your complaint to info@australianquantumgroup.com.au with your name, the package you purchased and what has happened.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 20 business days. If we cannot resolve it with you directly, you may refer the matter to Consumer Affairs Victoria or to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Nothing here prevents you from exercising your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect when you enrol, how invoices and payment records are handled, and how you can access or correct your information.

18. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability in connection with a package is limited to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the terms published on this website at the time you enrol.

20. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
