Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Australian Quantum Group handles personal information received through its corporate website, corporate enquiries and the purchase of its training and consulting packages.

Last updated: 31 August 2026.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information handled by Australian Quantum Group Pty Ltd through this corporate website, direct corporate enquiries, and the purchase and delivery of our training and consulting packages. Portfolio businesses may maintain separate privacy policies for their own services.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect contact details, organisation details, enquiry content, correspondence, website usage information and other information voluntarily provided to us.

3. Enrolment and customer information

When you enrol in a package we collect the information you provide on the enrolment form, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, your stated level of experience, the website you intend to work on and what you are hoping to achieve.

During delivery we may also hold correspondence with you, the websites and materials you submit for review, and our notes and feedback from your consultation sessions.

4. Invoices and payment information

We hold invoices, receipts and records of amounts paid, as required to run our business and meet our tax obligations.

We do not collect or store payment card details through this website. Invoices are paid by electronic bank transfer or through a third-party payment provider. Where a third-party provider is used, it handles your payment details under its own privacy terms.

5. Why we collect information

We may use information to respond to enquiries, assess potential engagements, process enrolments, issue invoices, deliver and support the packages you purchase, administer relationships, improve our website, maintain security and meet legal obligations.

6. Disclosure

Information may be disclosed to authorised staff, contractors and service providers where reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements. This may include our accounting, banking and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Submissions from the forms on this website are delivered to us directly by our own systems and are not processed or stored by a third-party form service.

7. Overseas service providers

Some technology providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where we use overseas service providers, we take reasonable steps to assess their privacy and security practices and to handle personal information consistently with applicable Australian privacy requirements.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and our operations. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose or legal obligation. Financial records, including invoices and receipts, are retained for the period required by Australian taxation law.

9. Access and correction

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

10. Complaints and contact

Privacy requests or complaints may be submitted by email to info@australianquantumgroup.com.au. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period, and aim to acknowledge privacy complaints within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as our operations, systems or legal obligations change.
